He does all the work himself. So, your not paying for management, field work or estimators which can add up quickly. He has good people skills as will as drywall repair skills. I asked him to do repairs to a ceiling that required scaffolding to reach 19 feet and he did it the repair in one day. Above all, he is a professional that you can trust.
