300 bucks for a $30 part. 80 bucks initial service fee, returned today to tell me it was 200 bucks (plus tax) for the new switch and a five minute installation. Looked the part up online and can get them all day for 30 bucks. When I asked the tech about the 1000% markup, he tried to tell me it was for the part, installation and warranty. Called the office to ask about it and was given the run around by the gal that answered the phone, then told the same thing. Couldn't get anyone with any authority on the phone. Makes me wonder how many times they've screwed me over previously on parts markup.

It went very well. The HVAC rep found the fuse issue within a few minutes of arriving. He then quoted me the price and I agreed. I was glad to get the work done so quickly on a Sunday.

They did a wonderful job.They are geared more towards commercial services. They are a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. We would use them again.

This was a renewal of our annual contract. Technician checked and maintained our A/C unit and replaced the filter inside the house. They will come out again in about 6 months to do the same for the heating unit. We have used this company for the past 5 years and have been very happy with them. Always very friendly and professional technicians.
