Air quit working Friday evening (which was the Fourth of July weekend).
Called Mathis at 8am Saturday morning. Left message with answering service. Tech called within 30 minutes and explained that he could come out today and rates were more expensive on weekends. I asked him to come by anyway. Tech was out working on unit at 9:30am and done withing 30 minutes. Was expecting Monday or Tuesday service and was quite pleased.
Tech was experienced and friendly and informative.

Mathis called to remind us it was time for our semi-annual service and they scheduled at our convenience. They were unable to test the AC accurately because we had a bit of a cold snap...they returned a couple of weeks later when the temps rose and were able to let us know that the AC system should get us through this season with the recharge.
We will be replacing the HVAC system later this year and will definitely use Mathis - they are FABULOUS, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

They are very responsive. They installed our unit in the past. They do not just leave you waiting to hear back from them. They get the job done correctly and quickly.
