My wife called him to see about having an outside spigot replaced as the handle wouldn't tighten anymore and it was leaking water. We were on well water at the time and during the summer we would have to make choices as to washing clothes or watering our trees. If I remember right he took two days to call us back. Which I didn't really see as really bad as other plumbers in our area had never returned our calls. We were trying to get a fix on how much it was going to cost us as the fitting would have to be sweated off in order to replace the water spigot head. He showed up late to begin with and was on the phone most of the time he was here. I was going to try and fix it without replacing the whole head as he said he didn't have a torch with him to sweat it off. Really, I would have thought being a plumber that would have been one of the main items on the truck or van as the case might be. For something that shouldn't have taken over an hour it cost us around $95 dollars. He never replaced the part we wanted replaced and gave some other excuse about making do with what he had fixed. It didn't last a month before it was leaking again. At one point we were wondering where he was at as he wasn't in the backyard where the spigot was located. I found him standing behind his van talking on his cell phone. Duh, you done or what? Very unprofessional to say the least. Seems he was in a hurry to get back to his football game on television, good riddance I say.

He's reliable. He comes when he says he's going to. He does great work, and he's very reasonably priced. I give him A's for everything.

     I wasn't impressed to pay someone who acted like he didn't want to be here in the first place $87 for showing up wasting my time and not having the right materials to do the job. He informed us if the washers didn't do the trick he would have to come back out and try to peel the siding off the side of the house to do the job completely.  I understand the need for some people to use tobacco products but don't show up with a big chaw in your mouth spitting all over my property.  He was not very professional for the money that I paid him.
