After nearly a month we have still not heard from Keeling Electric regarding our initial telephone call to get them to give us an estimate in mid-December 2014 for repairs to our electrical system in our home. Therefore, I have no choice to give them an "F" rating when they won't contact us to estimate our repairs. No contact....not even by telephone....is unacceptable in the business environment and that is what has happened to us. We have made multiple attempts to get them to call us and set up an appointment to get an estimate and to this date no one has contacted us by any method. Very disappointed in this company and will not use them now.
Description of Work: We called to set up an estimate to do some electrical repairs at three different times. Finally we got someone to respond and they told us they would get back to us at the end of the week. (This was the second week in December) To this date, Jan. 2, 2015, no one has called or made an attempt to contact us regarding these needed repairs and an estimate was not even given.
