The installer(s) arrived on time and took the time to clearly understand the job before starting. They provided clear recommendation for how best to set up the cameras and how they would proceed to complete the work.

I have the Vivint alarm system but I wanted to be able to see a wider area than what the door bell camera provides. I went on Home Advisor and began putting in my request for a quote but started having second thoughts. Even though I didn't complete the info I received a call from Billy Mac with ICU. He came to my house exactly when he said he would. Listened to what I wanted. He offered suggestions. We agreed on a date to have the system installed. When that day came, Billy arrived early with 2 very nice men and in less than 2 hours my system was installed. They were very friendly and extremely professional. I am telling everyone that will listen about this company and how great they are. I am having a system installed for my sister. Thanks ICU. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.

This company perfomred excellently, doing security equipment additions and improvements to two separate homes.

workers come to your home and ask what areas you want to see. they then put a plan together to see where the cameras should go to cover those areas. they then check with you to see if the location chosen for the cameras is ok with you. their work is professional and neet

we were very pleased with this company. we did have a problem due to our not understanding something technical and it is true that the owner could have been more patient with our need for more info. it did sort of feel like that once he got his money, we were off his radar, even tho we had questions and concerns. those questions and concerns were ultimately answered to our satisfaction.
