Hudson's repaired my refrigerator/freezer very quickly. It wasn't blowing cold air in the refrigerator part of the unit.

I called first thing Tuesday after a holiday weekend. I was told that they would fit me in, and they would call before they came. At 12:45, I got a call and the guy was here by 12:55. He immediately fixed my fridge (had the part with him). Then he diagnosed the washer problem, and said he had to go get a part. When I asked if he could fix it today, he said yes, that he had plenty of time for my appointment. He left to get the part, returned and fixed it. I really appreciate them not stacking the appointments so that they either can't finish one or have to be late to another. He was very nice to me and my dogs.

Great all the way around. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the lady i spoke to was super nice. They were able to come out the following morning. Tech was extremely professional. He told me what the repair cost was going to be down to the cent before he started. It was very quick - he knew exactly what he was doing and verified that the refrigerator was fixed before he left. He even told me what i could do to take better care of my fridge (I asked). This was my first time to need an appliance repair. I will definitely use Hudsons again the next time i need an appliance repair.

The tech's name was Steven. He was on time (actually he called to say he was available earlier than scheduled, which was great), clean, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered my questions and taught me a couple things about dryers that I didn't know. He diagnosed the problem, went and got the part and fixed it quickly. He even took time to fix the rear legs on my washer that are supposed to self-level but had gotten stuck at some point. I would definitely use them again. Good job, Steven !
