After taking the frame in for repair, I was told it would take about 10 days to repair and that they would call. At the end of 3 weeks I called them to ask if it was finished and it was. They forgot to notify me.

They actually showed up about 2 hours early to take a look at the broken window and I wasn't available to be there at that time, but they were able to take a measurement from outside.  The cost was reasonable and we scheduled an appointment for a few weeks later.  They showed up right on time and had the window replaced in 15 minutes.  I can't believe we waited this long to get it done because everyone said it was impossible to get glass people to show up in Conway.  Well, that wasn't our experience.
