We have used Russell before, once in May, 2013, and August, 2019. And both times have saved us from a costly mistake when purchasing a home. Mr. Caldwell, of Healthy Home Inspection, was organized, with immediate written communication and information about the appointment time. He was thorough, friendly and offered helpful suggestions and comments during the inspection. He was very qualified and knowledgeable in offering explanations and tips on care of lawn, the house, roof, garage and detached shop. He instructed us on the use and operation of the tankless hot water heater. He supplied us info on the lawn sprinkler system, lawn drainage and electrical outlets in the garage. He answered all questions and followed up with another written note of thanks after the inspection. He focused much attention to details during the entire inspection. He also offered us the option, at $75 more, for inspection of the detached large shop with attic, which we accepted. We were quite satisfied and happy with his service and rate him highly for referral.

Excellent.  Easy to arrange because of provider's  use of email; terms of service were clear; provider was flexible in allowing us to pay him when we arrived close to end of inspection rather than at start; he asked us to come at end of inspection and walked us through house showing problems and explaining nature of problem and level of seriousness or providing timetable for when issue would become serious.

The fine reputation that preceded his services was borne out by the level of detail apparent in his inspection, and in the report that he provided us.  The report is not only a tool in determining flaws that the seller should fix, but also in laying out the longer term problems we will face in the future.
