Very responsive to come out between service calls if needed. Consultative and always willing to spend the time to ensure you understand what they are doing and why. No sales pitch involved which makes me feel they really are looking to provide what I need versus what they want to sell. Have worked with them through 3 house purchases and never had a complaint. Customer friendly and it is obvious they know the importance of this. Highly recommend and I don't do that often. Best example I can give is that in the last year I've had 3 others in my neighborhood add Grassroots as their provider of lawn care. 

I have been with the same company for the last 15 years. They have always been extremely helpful in every way. They have done what I hired them to do and I have got no complaints about any of them. The guys that come and do the work are always friendly, and they laugh and talk. In fact, they will even sit and chat with you sometimes if they have the time. Their price is comparable to others in the area. They are one of the least expensive.
