This was easy! They showed up for the estimate when they said they would be there. The day they came to cut the trees they came after I left for work and were done before I returned home. They did an excellent job with the trimming and stump removal. Oh, and they were priced right.

Everything went perfectly. I was a little worried because they were using the neighbor's yard to get their truck to the tree, but you couldn't even tell they were there when they left except of course the dead tree was gone. In fact, it was even a bit cleaner.
They even made a little mulch in the corner where the tree used to be and ground down the above ground roots so the yard could be level.
The service didn't happen the day it was originally scheduled but they called to reschedule as soon as it was clear the weather wasn't going to cooperate.
