Bottom line: poor performance. This contractor installs interior grade MDF trim on exterior application. MDF Trim board lasted only 3 months before it started to rot, swell and absorb moisture. Paint started to peel. All this led to a BBB complaint. Trying to get my money back. First crew from Tommy Davis construction removed old entry door, performed a mediocre repair of water damaged sub floor. This same crew failed to install entry door "true & plumb." Was unhappy, complained to owner Tommy, and requested to have it redone. Second crew still didnt get it right. Entry door was re-hung, still not 100% true. Had to redo the patch of sub floor as well. Overall nothing good to say. Sad. Obviously I do not recommend this contractor.
Description of Work: Services performed included repairing water damage to sub floor under an entry door, replace entry door, replace water damaged crawl space wall sheathing. Install new storm door, associated finish work/trim, painting.
