see about restoring the content on the drive. The gentleman there
patiently described the possible scenarios, and within the promised time
was able to report on the request. Unfortunately, I had let too much
time and warning signals go by before taking the unit in, and no data
was recoverable. The unit was no longer usable. I was told they worked on it all day, and I believe
they did their best. I was charged a small fee for the time involved.
