Arrived promptly the same day I called. Was very knowledgeable and efficient, repairing the track good as new in about 20 min. Also made some adjustments which made it open and close a lot more quietly. We have used Coney's numerous times and have always been pleased.

Our previous garage door had broken so we bought a new one through lowes. Installation would have been $400 so my husband thought he would do it himself. A month later it was up, but attempting to buckle and was wobbling, so we called coney's for a repair. Turns out we could have bought the same door through them and gotten free installation for less than we paid at Lowes for just the door! Live and learn. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and set it up for the following day. He arrived just slightly early, and called before he got here, which was good. He was extremely nice and laughed with me about my husband. He went straight to work fixing the many mistakes. It was 94 degrees outside and much hotter in the garage. Poor guy just poured sweat and never took a break, even refused offers for something to drink. It took maybe an hour-he was FAST! He also tested the door multiple times before leaving. I am 100% satisfied and wish I had started with them to begin with. Will use and recommend them in the future.

Their prices were very fabulous. The installation was very quick and they did a very great job. They were great! They worked so quickly and it was good for us. They were able to come to our house right after the hurricane despite a busy schedule.

We had a few problems with the garage door, after the installation of the opener. Coney was very responsive in answering my calls and showed up promptly, to fix the problems. The garage door is working fine now and we are very pleased with their work.
