They were pretty good. I liked that they were knowledgeable, and they seemed to be well reknowned in the area. They were the preferred vendor for the bank that I was working with.

I met David, the appraiser, at the house, he was a few minutes early for the appointment. He took external pictures and measurements. Walked through the entire house, again taking pictures and measurements. He asked quite a few questions about updated work. He also pointed out a couple of items that needed attention. He also pulled "comps" from the neighborhood, most of which I was already aware of. The onsite visit took about 45 minutes. I was happy with both his professionalism and knowledge. I was also happy with the appraisal that was given. It was right in the range of where I was expecting it to be.
