Appointment went well except I usually see, and prefer to see, the senior vet. Instead, I was assigned to a vet that only works at the clinic one or two days per week. Didn't know him, and prefer to always see the senior vet. I wasn't asked about seeing the other one, just assigned. Will remember to request the senior vet next time. Exam was thorough, kitty handled gently and professionally. Good information provided and questions answered. Vet clinic staff friendly and professional. Office clean and plenty of seating. I have multiple pets, and have been going to this clinic for years. The only down side is the cost. One of the most expensive vets in town for medical care and boarding. I use their boarding service quite often. Very expensive, no discount for multiple pets being boarded whether they stay in the same cage or not, can't pick up or drop off pets from noon Saturday until Monday morning. Besides the cost issue, I'm well pleased and will continue to use its services.

I think their pricing is fair. They seem to care about the animals. All the staff is great with the animals. They are friendly and nice. We were very pleased with them. The office is clean and the front staff is friendly. They could probably use another person up there because they are very busy but is has never been a problem.
