All went well. Pat delivered on every promise she made and was easy to deal with. She was very responsive, took care of all the details and led us through the complicated processes. Pat didn't create the laws and process of selling and buying real estate, but I would call her an expert at navigating through the requirements. Pat is very experienced in her work and does a great job.
