John was quick to respond, quickly set up a good time to come by, diagnosed our problem almost immediately, suggested a simple and a complex solution and advised me on which seemed best and any potential problems he might run into. He was conscientious of making a mess and asked how to help clean up (I didn't mind cleaning up) and had the problem fixed in under an hour. He also took a look at some other minor plumbing issues around the house and advised me for no fee. He is a simple, approachable guy with 26 years of plumbing experience who got the job done right the first time and with a minimum of trouble to me. I received his information as a referral and will be storing his number as our go-to plumber as well as passing on his information. He does not advertise and is not a tech-savvy guy, so you won't find a website, but he is as reliable as they come.
Description of Work: Fixed drainage issue with plumbing in laundry room (washing machine overflowing at each load) that had been misdiagnosed by multiple plumbers with a range of solutions, none of which were necessary.
