ALL SEASONS OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT

Took it on for repair because it wouldn't start. Said need new solenoid/coil and battery. Replaced and I took it home. Didn't want to start, still, after I it it home. Took it back a second time and said that the starter needed replaced. They said was replaced with new one. Get meet home and it still won't start, only two times. Called back up to ask about starter because it was rusted on bottom and wasn't shiny new looking. She said it was new. I couldn't get it back up due to transportation issues with it (it's a huge mower). She said they don't pickup/deliver in my area. Parked it in my garage for winter. Took starter off as soon as mowing season began this year and took it to two different repair/parts places. Both said starter was not new and the part below benick was stripped and needed rebuilt. Third guy, repairman, just took it for rebuild and mower works PERFECT. I called All Seasons about it to see if it had a warranty. She started yelling and hung up the phone. Bad, bad response to have with a potential repeat customer is she had just tried to work with me. I have a small farm...she lost out on business. Period.
