Not even close to quality HRed them to build a custom home took him just shy of a year to complete the job from ground breaking to move in this was 6 mo longer than he quoted Subs are messy, put one coat of paint on a house we asked for two coats on (I still have bare drywall showing through) His Standard answer is that’s just how it is. I spent more time at the job site checking up on subs than the contractor And when it comes to a warranty don’t expect very much I’ve had siding fall off roof leaks a/c proublems doors that don’t close/open and drywall repairs that never got taken care of after about a month of call backs to repair things the contractor actually told us we were just too picky and no one could make us happy. KEEP IN MIND THIS WAS A CUSTOM HOME NOT A SPEC HOUSE
