BENTON COUNTY TERMITE CONTROL

We have had termite coverage with Benton County Termite Control since we bought our house in 2003. They are punctual and helpful in all areas. Most of the time when we have an appointment they want to come early which is nice. Much rather have someone come early for an appointment than always being late... They are thougough and will give you time to correct things when needed. Very happy with their service.

I have had my termite insurance with them since I moved here 5 years ago. They did the initial treatment and managed the yearly contract. A year ago, we had an infestation and it took them a year to get rid of the pests completely. They have now cancelled the contract and I have to start over with a new company, treatment etc, etc,. They were glad to take my money when there was no problem, but baled out on me as soon as there was a problem. In addition, they never seemed to be able to isolate the problem and solve it.

They showed up when they are suppose to. They always remind me when it's time for my termite service. The price is reasonable.

They're a good company. I have been using their services for two years. They do pest and termite control for me. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

They have a regular schedule, and they come to put little traps and do inspections. Regarding the pricing, they are about the same as everybody else. They are very professional. The bugs always want to come in and they will hold them out for a while, and then they come in. I don't have anything to compare the price to as we have used them for 12 years now. The quality seems to be fine. We are on a regular schedule so they never forget or miss appointments. We have a contract with them so we will use them again.

A very unprofessional company to say the least and when I told them I would take my business elsewhere they did not care at all. Not surprising however because obviously if they don't send renewal notices or call their customers before their contract expires, they must not care very much about keeping that customer. I feel that it was wrong for them to try to take money from me for an inspection that they did not do. From their point of view maybe they were trying to be nice and save me money from having to pay for a treatment due to AR law, however it is also possible that they did not send the renewal notice on purpose so that I would have to either pay them for doing nothing or pay them alot more for a treatment. Either way, I would rather work with a company who wants my business and respects me as a customer by sending me renewal notices and calling if my contract is about to expire. What happened here with this company just seems shady to me.
