I took my Ryobi weeder to Tedder Outdoor on March 31, 2014. I was told to expect repairs to be done in 7 to 10 days. I called in a week and was told that they were too busy due to demands for emergency generator repairs following a wind storm. Mr. Tedder said they would call me when my weeder was ready. After 4 more weeds, I went to Tedder's to pick up my weeder but was told a part had been ordered and to pick up my weeder I would have to pay restocking fees. The following week (today, 5/6/14) they called and said my equipment was ready. I went back to Tedder's and was told that no repairs were done because the cost would be more than my equipment was worth. I was charged $40 for the time spent NOT fixing my weeder. The estimate was $80 to fix it. Mr Tedder said he had NO apology to make for being "the busiest shop in town". I will not go back to Tedder's or refer any of my friends to him for any service.
