K & M Cleaning Services is a full service cleaning company currently with 6 employees. We specialize in contract cleaning and bill on a per service, weekly or monthly basis. Invoices are generally paid after completion of work. For annual cleaning contracts, we can spread out payments for services such as regular carpet cleaning and hard floor care over 12 months to even out payments.

We also do all types of floor maintenance including carpet cleaning, hard floor stripping, refinishing, concrete sealing and pressure washing. We also provide window washing services for commercial and residential structures up to 2 floors high.
