TEAM 1 AUTO BODY & GLASS

When I originally took my 2008 Nissan Altima in to this body shop, I was quoted $3308.68 to repair damage to my car from a recent accident.  At that time I was told that they would order the necessary parts so that when I brought it in it would only take a week to repair my car.  So I took that car in on a Sunday evening and left it so they could get started on it the first thing Monday morning.  When I call them on Thursday afternoon to see if my car would be ready the following afternoon as originally promised, they said, "well, when we got in there, there was more damage than originally quoted, and therefore it was going to be another full week before it would be ready, and the new price was going to be approximately $4000.00 The following Thursday I again called to see if the car would be ready on Friday as they had promised the week before.  Again they said that they were just finishing up the work, but would have to take it to painting and as a result, it wouldn't be ready until the next Mon. or Tuesday afternoon (ANOTHER LIE)!  At that point I insisted that the car be ready "NO LATER THAN THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY AFTERNOON'.  When I called on Monday to see if the car was going to be ready on Tuesday afternoon, they tried to feed me another "line of BULL, stating that the car now won't be ready until Thursday.  It took 2 1/2 weeks  after they supposedly had all the necessary parts, to do, what should have been a 4-5 day job at the most.  PLEASE, PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE TEAM ONE AUTO BODY AND GLASS FOR ANY TYPE OF AUTO BODY REPAIR - THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!  NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WOULD NEVER, EVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING!
