"This doesn't ring a bell with us. However we give a 1year workmanship warranty on our work. That covers workmanship only for 1year. The manufacturer warranty on the shingles was probably 20years. In which has to be taken up with manufacturer. Storm damage has to also be considered a possibility since there have been several major storms in this area in the last 6 years.
