Just passing through to give another huge shout-out to Ron’s Express Plumbing and his crew! For the second time within 4 months, we had an emergency plumbing issue, this time waking up to our water heater busted this morning. We called and left a message at 4:30 a.m. and by 5:30 we received a return call from Ron saying they would be out to the house by 8:00 am. They were here by 7:45 and within a couple of hours, we had a new water heater. I can’t say enough about Ron and his crew’s professionalism and work. I hope we don’t need to make a third call but, if we do, it will always be to Ron’s Express Plumbing!

He came, spent 2 minutes getting an object out of the garbage disposal and had the almighty nerve to charge $115. When I explained to him over the phone the problem, he could have told me what to do. This is the second time in 18 years that I have had to use him. I would not have used him the 2nd time except the plumber I called was on vacation. All this took was an Allen Wrench. I would be totally ashamed of myself.

I've used them several times. They were in and out very fast and responsive. He provided the unit it's a unit you can only get through professional plumbers. It's not a big box store unit. They were responsive and able to provide a good quality replacement. It took an hour to do the work.

Quick, professional, and reasonable price! I called on Monday afternoon and they came to complete the job the very next day. Will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Although the price seemed a bit high the guys worked hard and I feel I received good value for the price paid. I got excellent craftsmanship and fast, friendly service. I recommend Ron.

Professional quality of service.

I was referred to Ron's express by his brother who owns Ballard plumbing (cheaper but not able to meet my timeline). I called Tuesday afternoon and was given a price that was inline with the high side of average, and was told that they would be out in the morning around 830-900. They called at 930 to let me know they were on their way. they arrived at 945 ready to work. They were professional and quick. During the inspection, they noticed that the water heaters that I installed were not up to code. They explained what needed to do for it to be fixed and how the inspector may see it during the gas inspection and that would cause reinspection fees. I decided to pay for them to do the work on the spot. they estimated one hour but it ended up taking two. The total bill went from 230 to 445 due to this but it needed to be done and was worth the cost. 1hr after they left, the city inspector showed up and signed it off with no issues. They went and pulled the permit and coordinated for him to come out. About 30 min after the inspector left, the gas company came to turn all the gas on. Everything worked as it should I felt that the price for the extra work was higher than it should have been, but the professionalism and excellent coordination on their part were worth the high price.

I thought it was a little bit pricey for what I needed done.

I have used Ron's Express Plumbing for around ten years and have been completely satisfied with their work and prices. They have worked on everything from outside water line leaks to inside plumbing problems. My home was built in 1975, and several of the items replaced in the most recent work were original to my home. Removing them took patience , muscle, and will-power. The service technician (aka plumber) showed up on time, took his time removing and replacing items, and cleaned up all messes.
Yes, I will continue to use Ron's for my plumbing needs.

I called 13 plumbers in the area when a ruptured pipe in my bathroom spewed water for 5 or 6 hours. I had to turn the water off to the house to stop it. There were many, many others in the area suffering from the same problem, so finding one who could do the work in less than a week was next to impossible. Ron estimated that he could do it within 3 days, but called back later to advise he had a small window of opportunity to come by and get mine done the very next day. He and his helper were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They were diligent about cleaning up the small mess made and were on their way in no time. I would recommend them to anyone!

Wanted gas line to my back yard on a patio just off my back deck... over 60' in total length to where the grill is parked. Got an estimate from a large and quot;rooterand quot; company of $1,000. Called Ballard based on Angie's review... but he was on vacation (kudos to Ballard Plumbing for answering phone on vacation and taking the time to refer me). Called Ron and left a message. He responded very quickly and scheduled to come out for an estimate that evening. After listening to my wishes and surveying the property... Ron gave an estimate of $800. As I was considering an $800 gas line for an $800 grill... I realized that I might not want to place the grill there permanently and, certainly, didnt want to pay to move it later. I explained my situation to Ron and he suggested that he tap the line, install a valve and leave me with an attachment point for the grill with the option of extending the run later to the point of my choosing (either plumbing it myself or calling him back). Seeing how the scary part was tapping the gas main... I took his suggestion. Ron came out promptly the next morning and in under an hour took care of me. Because he only charged me a service call and parts... I was able to pay him the night before and he did the job without me there... calling me before starting and after completion.
Overall, I couldnt be more impressed with Ron's knowledge, pricing, patience and promptness. Very responsive and considerate. I highly recommend Ron.

I have used Ron's several times over the past few years. His response has been prompt, repairs are completed in a timely manner and prices are fair. During a recent bathroom remodel one of the fixtures that his crew installed had a minor leak. A worker came out within two hours to fix it. I'll definitely use him in the future.

Arrived on time with the proper equipment and supplies. Fixed the problem quickly. Will call him again whenever we need plumbing help.
