The service person Richard Barnes came over shortly after I called and within minutes located the problem?a relay had gone bad?and installed a new relay. The freezer is now working again. A few comments. He seemed very knowledgeable and has apparently been in business all of his life repairing appliances. Richard owns the business and diagnosed the problem extremely fast and had the appropriate parts to fix it rapidly. I would use him again without hesitation. I was very impressed with the speed of fixing the problem. Asked him about a dishwasher we have been having problems with and he is scheduled to fix that next week also. Seems like excellent company to do business with.

It went well. I was disappointed that the service call charge didn't apply to the labor charge. So to me it was a little bit pricey. But the service man did a great job and obviously knew what he was doing.

I called on Monday afternoon late and they agreed to be there the next morning. The technician came at the appropriate time was professional in appearance and demeanor. He was in my house less than 25 minutes; he replaced a $15 part (dealer cost); and charged me $190.00. I am very dissatisfied with the cost of this service. The high retail value of the part is about $35; so if I say there is a 2 hour minimum charge for a service call I paid over $75/hour for labor (he was actually only there for 25 minutes and we live less than 5 miles from their business location). The price is absurd.

To replace the part in the oven it took two of them so it was a pretty big job. I've always been happy with his services. Sometimes he doesn't really know about how long the service will take, but is very prompt in finishing what he started and he also guarantees his work. I've never had a problem with anything that he has worked on. To this day everything that he has worked on is still working.

Returned my phone call after 5 pm, then came to replace the icemaker that they had installed last year the very next day (also after 5 pm they work late!).

These people arrived just when they said they would. The job was done quickly. Didn't make a mess in my kitchen. I loved that. My dishwasher works like new again.

Pro Appliance Service is a professional company. I was happy with the service. The dishwasher is back to working well again. The workers are friendly. They are very capable and do good work. I would recommend their services to others.

Pro Appliance Service was able to get our dishwasher fixed very quickly. They already had the part in stock so we didn't have to wait for it to be ordered which was really nice since I hate doing dishes by hand. Pro Appliance Service is a very reliable company who does great work.

They've been around and doing good work for over thirty years which is why I trust them. They are always able to diagnose the problem quickly and will try to save me money if possible. The price seems very fair to me and they do great work.

This was not the first time I have used their services so I decided to call them and explain the problem. They told me they would check it out. They usually come when scheduled and if they can t, they let you know right away. I just called the main office.

They are really great. Richard the owner came out and took the dishwasher apart and got it all cleaned out. It is working fine now. When you call, you receive the best customer service as he has excellent people skills. I use him for any appliance repair and have referred him to my family to use as well.

Pro Appliance Service did excellent work. They responded to our call within a day or two. They did a great job on the repair. We've had no problems with the dryer since. We felt they did great work for a fair price. We really recommend them highly. We've used them in the past month for our freezer, which they also did a great job on. The price also included parts and labor.
