Heating unit quit working previous night (blowing cold air). Called them the next morning at 6AM and left message with their answering service. Was advised they'd call me after opening at 8AM. Got a call @ 8:02 ... Wow! Came right out. Diagnosed bad induction blower/motor. Provided estimated repair quote. Went back out, got part, and I had heat before 10:30!

They've serviced my package unit (AC and Heat) for several years. They're knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Tech will call ahead before heading out on scheduled service appointments.

Good luck finding a better provider or high-quality service! Will continue to use.

Moore Heat and Air, LLC are good. They come and do their job. They are professional and make sure everything is taken care of. Once you're on a contract with them to check your air conditioning, you are a premium customer and then you get a discount on parts if you have the plan with them.

.This company was sub contracted by Best Builders (dont let that name fool you) to estimate and repair my HVAC system after my house had caught fire. The two men they sent out were great people. Very good to work with but when they repaired my duct work, they left a 12 inch by 12 inch HOLE in my duct work. For over a week my heat was just blowing outside. They did send the men back out to fix it but I was left with the over 200 dollar electric bill (I was living in a hotel during the repairs). They were supposed to evaluate the whole system that day but forgot to try and turn on the HVAC after they made repairs under my house. They found that the fire burned my wiring and that burned out the TRANSFORMER on my system. In the next few days a man tested and replaced the transformer.
Today I call them and tell them that the transformer is and quot;HUMMING AND BUZZINGand quot;. They tell me that they will send a person out but that it will cost $75 dollars for a service fee. A SERVICE FEE TO COME AND CHECK THEIR WORK AND THEIR PRODUCT? THAT IS VERY FINANCIALLY BENEFICIAL TO THIS COMPANY NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER. After much negotiation, they agreed to send someone out at no fee BUT THEY WILL NOT WAIVE THE FEE AGAIN. I also find out that they only warrant their work on this for 30days and how lucky I am that they did not charge a service fee the first time. They were paid to come and diagnose faults in my HVAC and FORGOT TO GO INSIDE AND TURN IT ON???
This is my viewpoint: I am a surgical technician. If I implant a pacemaker on your and quot;systemand quot; and 4 months later it begins to and quot;BUZZ AND HUMand quot;, I do not get to charge you to go and check to see if the pacemaker is bad or that I may have installed it correctly.
I would not use this company again if they will not stand behind their work

"11/30/12 – We repaired ductwork at the customer’s home. Noted in our computer was that we needed to send a service technician to check the system because the unit would not come on in the heat mode. (The system was attempted to start at the time of the ductwork repair, however, the installation technicians are not expected to troubleshoot the system for repair.) These repairs were billed to Best Builders, who hired us to complete the work. The homeowner was NOT billed directly for the repairs. 12/5/12 – We sent a service technician and found a bad transformer. We replaced the transformer, and noted that the system was operating properly. This, too, was billed to Best Builders, NOT the homeowner directly. 4/1/13 – We received a call from the home owner stating that the unit is humming all the time. I explained that there would be a service call fee of $75 for me to send someone out to check it out. (That is our standard operating procedure in this type of instance. Procedures are different for instances where NEW heating and/or air conditioning systems have been installed.) The customer did not feel he should have to pay for a service call fee since we did work at his house previously. I explained that our service warranty is 30 days, and if the part that we installed 4 months ago was found to be defective, we would replace the part at no charge. This was not acceptable to the customer. I agreed to send a technician at no charge, and the customer declined. Our service ticket states, “All parts replaced by us will be warranted to be free of defects for a period of 1 year.” “Our repair labor is warranted for a period of 30 days. This is the labor to repair or replace the part we installed in the initial repair, and not to correct other problems that may have arisen in the interim.” We DO stand behind our work, and even offered to do so in this case, however, it was the customer’s decision to decline our services."

I've used Moores heat and air for several years with a service contract. He keeps his word. With a service contract you go to the head of the list for any service call. With our old system we needed that. The prices charged are within reason. This spring when my old system died, he had a completely new system (inside and out) installed within 4 days of the initial service call. His crew chief, Kerry, was a working machine and kept the project moving at a fast pace with no corners cut.

They are excellent. The check our furnace and air conditioning each year. Their service is great. They have done everything very well. I don't tolerate any less, so we keep on using them. We have been using them since 2007.

We had a problem with a unit not cooling properly earlier this summer. They sent out their senior guy who spent most of the day here. He fixed the issue. We have had good experience with them.
