They were there on time, cleaned the chimney and were done in less than 20 minutes.

This is the second year that we have used Four Seasons. In 2010 Mark cleaned our fireplace and chimney, identified and fixed a crack in the firebox, and recommended a spray solution to help eliminate creosote buildup. In 2011 he cleaned the fireplace and chimney, giving us a "clean" report. Mark is very professional and doesn't leave a speck of dirt behind. We will definitely use his services again.

We recently bought our home and were unsure when the chimney had last been inspected, so we searched Angie's List for a chimney sweep. Mark (the owner of Four Seasons) is super. He explained everything he was doing and then taught me how to safely use our fireplace (opening/closing the damper, lighting the logs, etc). He was careful to protect the carpet while sweeping and vacuuming the fireplace.

I would say that this company does a very nice job. They were overall friendly due to the fact that they gave us the discount for our next cleaning. They were worried about making the customer happy and making sure to do a great job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone because they just have a great service.
