I have had wonderful service from them for the past five or six years of them monitoring. There was a time when I had a false alarm and they were on the phone checking on me before I had even gotten the chance to get out of the bed. When ever there is a false alarm they actually send someone out to the house the next day to see what caused it. If there is a problem with the unit, they will fix it.
