"Response to Grade Performance by the homeowner: [removed member name] Price: B - other reviews have us at level A and our customer/contractor (Dream Home Design) agrees Responsiveness: F - We have documentation to prove otherwise (e-mails, calls, and invoice payable by the contractor - where homeowner called sub (Allen Electric Service) directly to have trims installed and project wasn't at that stage. Homeowner communicated that they had "stopped doing business" with Dream Home Design (DHD), and has repeatedly noted she "was no longer doing business with him." Our ties are severed," from (DHD), as of 9/3/2014, commented by the homeowner. In the same communication, we noted that we needed to contact DHD and advised, "Our work on this project was coordinated by the builder, so we must be assured that products ordered and installed have been paid in full and the account is in an acceptable status with the builder." We confirmed on the same date that the account (Homeowner owed DHD monies)was not in an acceptable status. On 9/5/2014 (evening), we received another communication, from the homeowner, indicating, "After thinking about this for a day, I've decided that there is way too much drama and BS to getting some electrical work done. With all the equivocating it's apparent you don't wish to work here. It's better to just leave it that way." We then received a surprising review on 9/7, as the homeowner had noted in the 9/3 communication, where she discusses DHD, "We also have some disagreements concerning some of the work that was done, none of which is electrical." Professionalism D: - All work that has been completed on the residence (electrical - by Allen Electric Service) of the homeowner was through James Zulker (2/12/2013). She then switched to Dream Home Design, where she continued, on 9/3/2013, using Allen Electric Service and continued through to 2014. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this review. We agree that Allen Electric Service CO LLC will step back from the project, as requested by the homeowner. We also reiterate that our goal is to create the best possible experience for the homeowner, during work contracted. In this case, it created a conflict as our client/customer/builder Dream Home Design had confirmed that the account was not in an acceptable status. Thank you.
