Velvet Ridge Services LLC is an Arkansas owned and operated HVAC, and refrigeration specialist Company. We also partner with our local Utility companies as a Trade Ally for energy efficiency upgrades for Residential homes. We primarily work on Residential and Light Commercial Equipment. We design and Install Ductless and Ducted Mini split systems but Service and Repair Traditional HVAC Systems. Our service fee no matter the project is $89 but on-site estimates are free. All Brands but We take pride in our customer's--- comfort, safety, and satisfaction. BPI Building Performance Institute Certified Professional.

All started with my air conditioner not working, he came out quickly resolved the issue and we discussed how much a new system would cost, since mine was showing its age and wasnt a clean install. he shot me a price i thought was rather fair and had them install a new system. they were on time,quick, friendly, and professional. the new install looks good and clean. i would recommend.

Great service. Tim worked relentlessly with our home warranty (a couple of times!). He's honest and his work is impeccable. I'm not sure if there is anything he can't do! He's worked on oir A/C units (inside and out), dishwasher, and garbage disposal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called the company around 11 am on day 1, they kept saying they would be there at 1,2,3 they arrived at 9 told me i needed a new system for $6400 and left by 10. they call and say we will be there between 8 and 9 on wednesday. they arrive at 5 pm, pull out the old system and are gone by 6. the next day they say they will be there between 8 and 9 to finish. then it is 10. it is currently 1140 and they have not called or shown up. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.
