Xpert Electric

Xavier and the entire Xpert electric team are very professional. I needed a fire inspection done as quickly as possible. They came out on the day we agreed upon and did the work quickly and efficiently. As it was an inspection they did find a few situations which needed to be addressed. The team explained to me exactly what they were doing and why. They did not proceed with the repairs until I understood why it had to be done and had agreed to a very reasonable price with Xavier. The following week my Town Fire Marshal said he needed a special NFPA72 report. Xavier quickly filled in the required form and did not charge me any extra for the extra work. It was very stressful going thru this fire inspection as there was a mix up in the town records. Xpert electric and Xavier went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They are highly recommended.

The Xpert Electric team was great! Their price was very reasonable and their service was excellent. They even came back to address an minor issue and didn't even charge me for their visit. Terrific company and Xavier their boss is a prompt in answering your call and questions.

Not well. The technicians were very polite and professional; however, they did not fix the problem. What they did was replace two lamps that were already new - they did not need replacing. Moreover, when they left, the original problem was not resolved (keep in mind, they had to come back three times). In terms of professionalism - they were great. But I would not use them again. They were paid (and tipped several times) - but I had to pay someone else to fix the original problem (so you could say I paid 2x to have this problem resolved)

They were fast, able to come out on the same day, efficient, professional, courteous, and overall I'd hire them again in a second.

Xavier and his team were amazing to work with! I researched different electricians for weeks and even had 2 companies come to our home to checkout the space and electrical panels, but neither company would agree to do the work as it looked too hard, and they didn't want to work in an old building. Xavier/XPert Electric was the third company I called, and I really wish he had been my first call! He gladly took on the job and confidently reassured us that the work could be done quickly and safely, and he had no concerns about working in an old building. The team showed up early every day to get started, were extremely polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. They far exceeded our expectations and the inspector was even impressed by how nice the final work looked. You really won't be disappointed if you hire this team!

I was very pleased with everything; they were prompt, they took their time to figure out the problem, and they repaired it.

The problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired. They were very clean any mess made was cleaned up and they were also able to replace a worn out switch for me while they were there. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This is a great company. Xavier has a good crew of guys who were reliable and flexible when I asked to add on services. They were very knowleadge and friendly. I will definitely use them again when something arises.

It was super simple job but other people I called did not seem to know what a "heat" detector was. They kept saying it was the same as a smoke detector which it is not. Xpert Electric knew right away. A bit pricey for the simple job but totally worth it for an on time, quick, and great service job.

During the March 2018 nor’easter, a tree across the street from my house fell and toppled a tree in front of my house ripping the wires down and cutting power to my house. I contacted X-Pert to repair the wiring. They came and repaired the wiring. PSEG first said it was okay and then said it wasn’t: the pole that encased wiring had to be 18 feet high. Then PSEG changed their expectations several times and each time Xavier and the crew at X-pert crew addressed PSEG’s changing expectations. My power was restored. The work is top notch and I plan to use X-Pert for an upcoming job. They do great work and they are very diligent: one of the PSEG inspectors’office time was between 7:00am and 8:00am. Xavier followed up and contacted the inspector. I can’t say enough good things about their work and their diligence.

My furnace stopped working so I contacted PSEG's Worry Free. When they checked my furnace they determine that there was no power going to the unit, and that I would have to contact an electrician. It was noon on Sunday, so I thought this may not pan out. It was still freezing in my house, and now I'm on Angeis List looking for an electrician. I contacted Xpert Electric and spoke with Xavier, who was very professional, and told me that he would be ther within 30 minutes. I think he got there in 20. Quickly identified the issue and resolved it with a temporary fix, just so I could get some heat. Arranged for a permanent fix, and provided some additional unrelated electrical tips. I've already determined that I will keep Xpert Electric on my speed dial list.

From the time I picked up the phone and spoke to Mr Garcia, it has been a pain-free, hassle-free, worry-free experience. He patiently walked me through the details, and what to expect. Xpert Electric was prompt and on time. They were very polite and professional, from the way they conducted their work to their approach with the customer. Very efficient!! Would I hire them again? Without a doubt!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Work was done as required. The electrician was knowledgeable, explained the process and once done cleaned the work area .

The two guys that showed up were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They walked me through every step of the job so I knew exactly what they were doing. They even had protective covers to put over their shoes when they entered the house. I was very happy with the work completed.

Here is the short story. Xavier and his team were flawless start to finish. If you need an electrician in the area he covers then you are all set with him and his crew. Here is the longer story.. I found Xavier here on Angie's list the Thursday evening the unit was installed and left him a voicemail around 6:30. I did not expect a call back that day but Xavier called an hour or so later and we set up an appointment for Saturday between 9 - 10am. When is the last time you were given a service window and they did not come at the end of the window? Not this team. I drove to meet them there at 9am expecting to wait and they were there before I was! His guys were polite and orderly and even put on shoe covers before entering the apartment. They put everyone at ease immediately. They ran a couple of quick tests and determined that a new outlet was needed and then took care of the issue and even put a better cover over the outlet box. Less than 48 hours after calling Xavier our issue was corrected and I am writing this review on the Sunday evening of that same weekend. Xpert Electric. Fantastic communication. Flawless execution. Reasonably priced and even accepts Apple Pay! Xavier is your new electrician.. and ours.

Excellent would be an understatement. Xavier, Henry, and Jonathan are a superb team and our experience working with them was seamless from start to finish. Communication was on point, if my call wasn't answered I always promptly received a call back. Xpert Electric showed up right on time on the day of installment and stayed late into the evening to ensure everything was operating properly. The original wiring was a mess of cables coming and going from god knows where. Henry is a true craftsman and not only untangled the mess, but organized everything so beautifully that OCD side of me died and went to heaven. I truly could not recommend a company more if you need any sort of electrical work done. Thank you Xpert Electric!

We highly recommend Xavier and his team. After some horrible experiences with prior electricians, Xavier has become our go to electrician. He is a family man who is responsive, dependable, skilled, fair and reasonably priced.

From the very first time my husband and I met with Xavier from Xpert Electric, we felt comfortable with his level of expertise and we were not wrong. Xavier pointed out many details that we had not taken into account as we planned the remodel of our house. He and his team were always punctual and worked on weekends, when needed, to make sure we didn't miss other timelines for our project. He was very thorough and provided updates on a regular basis, as well as recommendations. He gave us a very fair price, considering all the work that had to be done in the house and will continue to monitor, as needed until final inspection is done. We're extremely happy with the work done. Highly recommend.

He did a great job of explaining everything to me. The job itself was complicated because of the differences in the old and new systems but we was able to figure eveyrhin g out.

Xavier is quiet and serious, honest and affordable. He did not charge me for things that he could not complete. For example, he hooked up a lighting fixture above a medicine cabinet, but he did not want to drill into the expensive tile. So, he did not charge me for this, since the fixture has to be removed again in order to properly secure it.

Xavier was polite and professional. He arrived on time or early. He gave a fair price and cleaned up after the job. The light works perfectly.

Xavier and assistant were great, able to come out within a couple of days of contacting them, spent time tracing and checking each connection on the circuit til the located the problem(s). Explained what he was looking for and fixed a couple of other problems along the way (fault outlet and light switch). Cleaned up as they went and left us with working electrics!! We were so impressed he's coming back to check some smaller problems we are having. Great to have found a reasonable priced and quality electrician.

Xavier and his assistant were actually earlier than scheduled and after a brief explanation and inspection, he finished the job very quickly. Appreciated his prompt work (on a Sunday too) and his professionalism.
