They were very good. They used three men to move my furniture. We started at 8 and finished at 2. We packed everything. I can't think of any reason to not give them an "A". We didn't have anything damaged that I've found yet. Their price was average with everybody else.

I was happy with these movers.  I worked for an oil company and have moved many times.  These guys were good, not the best, but much better than the worst.  They were fully satisfactory for a local move.  We had no breakage / damage.

Their crew was a mix of experienced and less experienced packers and movers, which is OK as long as you keep an eye on the less experienced guys.

Their quote for the work was an estimate only, the actual cost was based on start to finish time and materials used.  In my case they came in under the time estimate for both the packing and the move.

Some notes and suggestions:

We had a couple friends help pack, this saved time.

The packing supplies can be expensive.  Get cost details on the quote and perhaps shop for supplies.

Time is from their shop till they get back to their shop.  Understand travel time in advance.  You should try to use Google Maps time estimate as a basis.  Get an agreement that break time and lunch are deducted from the time.

The guys do like tips (money) and this might encourage them to meet their time estimate.

We have used Two Men and a Truck MANY times in our moves all over the Country. The girl I spoke with was very nice as I scheduled the move. After going over all the items, we figured it would be 3-4 hours max as they were sending 3 people. Only 2 showed up and it was apparent that this was the first time they had done this. I had to unhook washer and dryer, take the legs off the tables, and wrap things in pads. The didn't even take out the shelves in the buffet, refrigerator, or buffet. The 3rd person showed up after the other two called, but told meand quot; I just started so I will pretty much be watching today!and quot; I asked them to leave after 7 hours and just leave everything in the garage and living roomof the new house. I then paid someone else to connect all the appliances. I have had to repair/repaint both houses due to the significant damage to both during the move. After I took the legs off the round dining room table for them, they started to roll the table top to the truck, without it being covered. They made it very clear that they hated the job, and and quot;were so hung-over from the night before that they shouldn't be thereand quot;. The manager did call the next day apologizing and wanted to pay for the damages, but has not made it out yet. Overall it was a horrible experience that l cost me more to move a few items 10 miles, than when I moved my entire household belongings over 1000 miles. BEWARE!

They arrived on time worked hard and steady completed the job ahead of schedule, were very careful with furniture and artwork and conducted themselves very professionally. I have moved many times and this was by far the most pleasant and efficient of my moves.

EVERY piece of furniture that was packed arrived damaged - scratched, gouged, or torn.I purchased moving pads that were not used, wood was stacked on wood, metal was stacked on wood, chair legs were unscrewed and then thrown onto the chair (which resulted in the upholstery tearing). They didn't even put anything on the bottom of the container, so my mattress arrived completely dirty and torn. It was a total disaster. The only items that survived were my TV and lamp, which *I* had packed!
When Two Men and a Truck unloaded the Pod at my new location, they said it was the and quot;worst packing joband quot; they had ever seen, and I immediately called the Bentonville office. The GM was out of the office at the time, and the man I spoke with said that the GM and quot;mightand quot; call me back and quot;if he feels it's worth his time.and quot; When presented with photos of the damage, the GM said that I had signed a waiver so they weren't responsible for anything. I requested that they repair the damage -- not an extraordinary request! The crew didn't use the pads I had purchased which would have prevented a lot of the damage.
I called Two Men and a Truck's corporate offices and they said they couldn't mandate a solution because it was a franchise. Really disappointing since this is supposedly the and quot;movers who care.and quot;
I will NEVER use this company again. The pathetic level of concern or customer service was appalling. I have used this company four times before for moves - never again. I have an apartment full of damaged belongings and some flimsy excuses.
If you value your belongings, do NOT use Two Men and a Truck!

Went we'll but one of the crew took an IPad. I could hardly believe they could have done it but one individual sticks out as being the thief.

I SO wanted to believe they hadn't done it as th entire move went so well but there is no other explanation.

Could not have been better. Professional, hardworkers, polite. If I still had a business I would have hired them both on the spot.

Seeing a brand new truck that still has temporary plates show up was a good sign that you were going to take good care of our things.

Everything went exactly as discussed - final amount, dates of move.

The guys (actually four guys and two trucks :) ) were all in uniform, pleasant, and even asked permission to use the restroom.

My few requests for special handling were accommodated.

It took them only 2 1/2 hours to load our 4 bedroom house.

Nice job!

They did a great job. I only needed them to lift the heavier items. We paid for 2 hours and they stayed busy for the whole two hours. I would use their services again and would recommend them to others.

They showed up on time and got right to work. Wrapped everything in blankets place it on the truck and away we went. Hustled around the entire time (surprising as they charge by the hour. We very courteous and professional. Entire move was complete in 3 hours. Definitely about 3x faster than I could have done it. Absolutely worth every penny!
