 + -1 moreWe had an initial meeting with the builder, and we asked to be able to talk to him directly and he told us "No. He was too busy, He had 200 homes going in 4 subdivisions. We needed to talk to his realtor, Gavin Edwards, if we had questions or p roblems." Gavin went out of town, but no one would tell us that. When we tried to get hold of him, we were always told he was not in the office until we went in and demanded to know when he would be back. That is when we found out he was out of town on vacation for 3 weeks. At that time, one of the partners, Ken Lazenby, was in the office and we told him our predicament and he told us "You need to go somewhere else.."
Description of Work: We tried to have a home built on a lot we picked by Synergy's developer, Russ Plumley. We had sold our home and needed to get started. They put us off and put us off and when we tried to get them to respond to our needs, they told us to go somewhere else and then started building on the lot we had picked outl. I would not recommend Russ Plumley at all. He has too any homes going to give you any individual attention.
