Hi, we used this company 2 times. On June 6th, 2011, the second time they missed appointments. When they did show up the work done was in my opinion was than excellent.
What the company says on their website is inconsistent: ?Our goal is to meet your needs while exceeding your expectations in any job, no matter the size?.
The work done had missed spots, areas, behind doors, in between the wall and dresser, cubby areas and around the base boards. After talking with them they said they would not come out. I spoke to management and they said they would be out in 1 hour. After a half-hour they called and said they would not be coming out and said I should go ahead and complain.
I would not recommend any company who is not willing to resolve a customer?s complaint over a few minutes of corrections.
