Flooring
Service tech did not anticipate that the 13' x 16' windows along the front of the living room did not have adequate UV protection, and the polyurethane coating dried on top before the underneath dried, causing gas bubbles to surface. Consequently approximately 350 sq ft of the flooring had to be redone. This company quickly redid the floors (allowing for the sun) and they are beautiful. Only hassle for me was the additional time and effort to reclean after the second sanding. Owner was very responsive and quick to rectify the issue. Would definitely recommend them.
