The woman who took care of us was very condescending. She kept stressing on the probability of us defaulting on the loan. Overly negative and looked down on us. The weird thing is that we are actually financially stable and we knew exactly what we were doing. This old woman however felt she understood interest rates better and took it upon herself to educate us on what they mean. Added to that, we could not get into our home the same day because she doubted we will send her the remaining 20% after she already received the 80% from the bank. Even after we sent it, she kept telling us stories on why she has not been able to get everything done. If you are a first-time homebuyer, do not use her cos she would make your first purchase very unsatisfactory.

Everything went seemingly well until I started receiving lien notices against my home. A total of 6 liens were filed with an amount exceeding $22,000.00. The company used a loop hole in the title policy called the commitment date. I closed on my house May 6th 2008. Pinnacle Title Company did their title search on April 6th of 2008. This lead to a 4 week gap for liens to be filed. Had the company acted in my best interests and done a title search closer to the title date, these liens would have been easily discovered. The company has no remorse and insists that they did nothing wrong. Don't use them.
