We had a lot done and we have four cats. The workers are very loving. They have made friends with my cats. The wait time is maybe 5 minutes at that. They are very good at what they do. They keep good records. They are very concerned over my concerns for my babies.

All the folks at Osage are loving, understanding and their goal is pet wellness. I've used their services for a long time (cats and dogs) and find their judgement, analysis and treatments centered on the health and well being of our pets. We trust them with our pets to do what is needed during times of sickness and even when it's time to let them go. I recommend Osage without hesitation because I know they are fair, caring and simply the best group when you're faced with health issues for a beloved pet.

I love them. They are very conscientious and they know my animals. They are very patient and friendly with them. They know when I call and they also have a website that I can access my dog and cats records. So if I need a record of their shots I can get it without having to go in person to do it which is very convenient. They send me email reminders of shots so I don't have to remember. I think they are the best.

When we were looking for a new vet I took my dog to several clinics to check them out and meet the people there. This is one of the only places that took the time to show us around the clinic. We got to speak with the receptionist, the office manager, a vet tech, and even the vet. We weren't even paying customers yet, and Dr. Austin took the time to chat with me about my dogs and printed out some information that could help my dog with some stomach problems he had been having.

I've been taking both of my dogs to see Dr. Austin ever since, and we have been very pleased. She always takes the time to really understand their issues and let me know what my options are. Unlike our previous vet, she goes out of her way to find solutions to my dogs more complicated problems. And if my boys need a procedure that is expensive, she will do what she can to make it more affordable for us. We have seen Dr. Nixon a few times when Dr. Austin is not available, and we have no complaints about her either.

We are almost always able to get an appointment at times that are convenient for us, and we always get in to see the vet quickly. I highly recommend Osage Veterinary Clinic!
