Northwest Pump & Supply Inc

First of all, I had to write a personal check for $200 to one of the workers (hazard insurance because he had to reach into a hole to get the pump) before he would even look at the pump.  He cashed the check that day.  They told me they had to order the pump - take a couple of days and they would call me back.  I had to call them several times during the next three days later to find out what was going on.  I was without sewer this entire time.  About three days later I called and they said there was some mistake on the manufacturer's end and they would have to air it in from Kentucky that night.  The next day they showed up at my house (was supposed to call me because I was at work) and told my son I had to get a new tank before the could put in the new one. They told him that the system was originally built 20 years ago to last forever (I've replaced the pump three times since with no problems).   I got on the phone from my work and questioned the guy why they didn't call me like they were supposed to and felt like I was getting jacked around. The guy I wrote the check to (IRS aware of this?) was very rude and insulting to me. I finally talked to the owner and told them I would find someone else.  They left -BUT TOOK MY OLD PUMP WITH THEM!!!  I did not authorize them to do take my pump. I called Best Jet that day and they were able to find a pump locally, and install it without having to dig a new well.  It was the difference between night and day.

They are only company in the area that services what I got, so I don?t have any other choice. I was satisfied with their service.
