Worst plumber charges you a lot and gives you very bad quality work! Better to do it yourself than hiring this guy! He charged a high price for RO filter install and started leaking within 95 days, he did not give warranty saying it is more than 90 days, he charged $180 for service call for his own bad job, and guess what in just 30 days it started leaking again. Does not know what he is doing.

This is a horrible guy to have work on your plumbing. We have Home choice warranty. After 17 years of use the toilet in the master bathroom started leaking water from under the toilet. Choice warranty assigned this guy to fix the issue. The warranty will fix any plumbing that has worn out due to normal wear and tear. This guy Alan Vandiver, (the name on his caller ID), also apparently the guy who owns/operates this fly-by-night company. shows up, wiggles the toilet. He never even took the toilet apart to see what the real problem was. He just says the flange needs to be replaced. So he leaves then calls us and tells us our warranty company has denied the claim. That seemed odd so I contacted our warranty company and they say the reason they denied the claim is because this fool claimed the flange was cracked,â (remember he never took it apart to see what was wrong). He told the company the flange on the toilet was cracked due to excessive weight not normal wear and tear. Apparently he made that determination because my wife and I are heavier people. I donâ t weigh any more than than a football lineman and my wife weighs a lot less. Apparently heâ s a bigot toward anyone who might be a little overweight. Bottom line is steer clear of this guy. Who knows what prejudices he has or how disingenuous he might be.
