Josh from Mighty Dog was on site the day after I called our insurance company and made a claim. Our home was built in 1905 and has many different roof-lines/pitches. Josh surveyed damages and made a quote within a couple days. He communicated well throughout the project and in a timely manner. He was respectful of our home and property. The crew protected the Perimeter of the house, including landscaping and thoroughly cleaned up. When a pop-up storm came during re-roofing, the crew worked to tarp additional areas because a leak appeared in the laundry and bedroom. Air movers were brought in immediately, and drywall repair was completed at no additional charge. The Siding work and reframing of a couple windows was completed a couple weeks later. We had severe hail damage on two sides of the home. The vinyl siding matches well, and we are very happy with the finished project. Since our home is so old, it did not have any guttering. We added gutters to the front of the home at our own expense. Our home looks completely refreshed with 30 year shingles, clean roof lines, venting, and seemless siding. Thank you Josh and crew for quality work!

Had an appointment scheduled with them. They didn't show up nor give a heads up for their no show. That's just horrible customer service in my opinion.
