Erik came to house, measured, brought back diagram then quickly faded into "delays" in schedule to no longer returning calls or text messages after significant portion of project cost was paid as down payment. Same issue for a friend who was also using Erik. At time of this review, no further contact from Erik and his business despite numerous attempts.
