The carpet is great. Lowe's service was horrible in that it took weeks to get Lowe's to tell me when the carpet would be in. Then when I finally stopped being nice, they suddenly discovered the carpet was in stock! It then took another week to schedule the installation. The installers showed up late but on the correct day and had another job to get to so they literally threw it in. It was very poorly laid with hours of clean up I had to do myself after they left. The whole thing was very stressful.

I have used this store the past 6 years to support my business which is refurbishing houses for rental and home improvement at my personal residence. I have spent approximately $12,000 each year these past 6 years. Based upon the poor service - sales people too busy visiting with other associates or stocking shelves to provide assistance and mixing 17 gallons of paint wrong - that I have moved my business to the Lowes store in Neosho, Home Depot and T. H. Rogers. I use this store only in emergency situations when I do not have time to go to one of these other location. On the last emergency visit, I could not find what I needed. I found an associate close by who was stocking shelves. I asked him where I could find what I was looking for. He said nothing, not even acknowledged my presence, just stood up and walked to the next aisle where he pointed to a location with what I was looking for. He said not a word and left, presumeably to return to what he was doing. I need to depend upon sales associates to provide assistance and advice, but cannot depend upon associates in this store. I find good customer service in the Neosho store, T. H. Rogers and Home Depot which used to have the worst customer service possible.

I had new carpets installed and the person that installed them ran into my garage door and didn't let me know that he did so.
