First I want to say over the years I have never been able to engage in business with these folks. I relented and risked buying from them this year and I made a terrible mistake. First I bought two cars the same day. One of the cars, the Nissan Rogue was suppose to be a four wheel drive vehicle. We didn't look to make sure when we filled out the papers because they rush you out so you can't questions anything. That is bad enough, but today we went to get our first oil change. They had told us repeatedly the first oil change was free. Both the salesman and the finance manager had reinforced this. Today they refused to give the oil change. This may be a small thing, but it reflects all the way they do business. They have lied to me and been unprofessional on numerous occasions. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying a car in NWA to go to Superior in Fayetteville. I had bought my two previous cars there and the entire process was different. Needless to say I do not trust this bunch and will never go back there again.

They sold me a car that was overpriced and misrepresented. The car salesmen seemed to be working together to make me think that they could sell the car for $7900 and people were standing in line to buy it. They also said it would get 25-30 mpg. It only gets 20 mpg.
