"Mr. [removed member name], as owner of John's quality roofing I would like address your concerns with the debris that was left around your home at the completion of project. When doing a low pitch roof we are able to throw shingles directly into trailer. When the roof is two story and the pitch is more steep this method becomes more difficult and poses a danger for the workers. We are now placing tarps along the perimeter of the house in order to prevent debris from being lost in landscaping . All crews have been advised to place tarps before beginning jobs to keep this from happening . I am aware that this may not catch all the debris, therefore we are more thoroughly checking for missed debris. When you contacted me with concerns about ridge cover I came out and repaired, at at no charge, we checked your home for damage requiring repair and none was found. We take pride in each job and try to quickly address the concerns of any customer that is dissatisfied . Your roof still carries a warranty if there is anything you would like me to take a look at.
