It's been a year and 6600 miles since my experience with
Frank Fletcher Kia first started. My car is a 2014 Optima. The initial buying
experience was riddled with mistakes, lies and to this day I strongly believe
down right deceit. Very, with a big V, unprofessional.
I talked to Mr. Fletcher?s right hand man at the time and
was persuaded to give them another chance and was promised that things would be
straighten out. The exact words were ?we can dwell on the past or move into the
future?. I swore I?d never go back, but I did. My first oil change, free of
charge, had almost as much oil on my car and its interior as in the engine
itself. I picked it up filthy. No wash, no wipe off, no anything. Now with only
6600 miles on it, it?s in the shop because the key is stuck. I know the
question, why back there? They did loan me a car, so I thought they may be
trying again. Another new staff. But no one there knows yet how to fix it.
Waiting on instructions from KIA corporate. Also, and I found this out myself,
the car has been on a recall due to a steering defect which nobody at the
dealership thought to bring to my attention. Why??? Kind of explains why it
handles like its being driven on marbles. Very unstable and very spooky.
So?do what ya want but I?m a real purchaser,
not a former employee posting how d*** good they are when that particular
poster doesn?t even drive one and hasn?t worked there in more than a year.
It hasn?t been the greatest experience for me
and purchasing a new car should be fun. Also, I?m very confident that my car
will probably be filthy again when I pick it up. How many chances do you give
before you wake up and move on to another dealership?

The price was better than anywhere else; that's the reason I went there. I actually followed the service tech from another place and I would recommend him. I trust him. Whatever he has found wrong has always been right and the prices have been fair from where I've shopped around.
