It went well. They completed the job in one day, their estimate was accurate. From the time they did the quote and got the job finished a head of time and did exactly what they said they were gonna do.

I had asked my roofer to recommend the gutter company that they used.  When I contacted Steve, he dropped by that evening, we discussed what I needed, selected a color and he said he'd be back out the next day to do the work.  I was having three of the downspouts drop down over rain barrels and they did a fine job with the height and location, even though one of them required an odd drop.  They configured it well and it all looks great.

As it happens, they got done with the work just five minutes before we got hit with a deluge--3.8" of rain in about 1-1/2 hours.  Those downspouts were spewing as much rain as they're ever likely to handle.  The rain barrels filled in no time and the downspouts were gushing with the rest of the rain.  Everything held up great and did just what it's supposed to do.  You bet I'm happy.

I called Steve to ask for a quote. He called me back in 15 miinutes and arrived at the house about one hour later. He appraised the job and provided a quote and agreed to perform the work the next day.
He called before he came over and arrived right ontime. His work was fast and performed exactly as he had explained the previous day. He corrected the existing problem, and installed the new downspouts, and then cleaned up the area after his work was complete.
He was very pleasant and cheerful the entire time. A great fellow to do business with.

Some gutters and downspouts needed to be replaced because of a remodel. We also have a separate building that needed gutters and downspouts installed. I called several companies for estimated before contracting Steve to do the job. |Steve responded quickly to the estimate request, beat his competition by a significant amount and did the work quickly and professionally. Steve is a friendly and personable guy. I have recommended him to others and will use Four Son's again if I need this kind of work done.
