Elite Construction

Would avoid Elite construction if you have another option. Pros: the pictures I've seen of their finished decks do look really nice (unfortunately we didn't make it to that part of our project). Cons: Initially had hired them to replace our fence and build on a deck (we parted ways after the fence was built). They told me they could replace our fence (their expertise is is building high end decks and so assumed they could easily manage a fence). They contracted out the work with little communication / instruction to the vendor they contracted with, Elite was short on materials / didn't purchase the right materials, they asked for partial payment up front AND halfway through the project asked me to cut a check directly to the vendor that was building the fence, they were rude, they didn't clean-up the screws / nails in the yard...the list goes on....net net it was a really bad experience. Thankfully we parted ways before they did our deck and we worked with another company that built a very nice deck for 1/3 of the cost. If you are looking for someone to complete your project - keep looking.
