We first tested for Radon at our property in Bella Vista, AR. We tested several times to discover we had rather unusual levels (High) levels of Radon in various locations (floors) in the house. I contacted a couple certified Radon mitigation companies in the area. Devin from Clear Radon came over the house to review our space and made a recommendation on the best method to mitigate the Radon gas. After a few conversations we decided that the basement was the best location to install the ventilation system. Devin provided a very professional quote detailing all the equipment he was going to use for the install. It took him all day as we expected to drill the basement and install the ventilation piping to move the gas away from the house. One important note: the mitigation is not immediate and will take several days to achieve a level in the good range (<2.3). We did achieve that level and appreciated all the work Devin did to make us feel confident he was going to be able to move the radon out of our basement.
